Food Safety Notice

Because our chocolate spreads are perishable food products, we cannot accept returns once the product has left our facility. This ensures that all items shipped to customers are fresh, safe, and have not been tampered with.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@syrenspreads.co.
Include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. We’ll review your request and, if approved, issue a replacement or store credit.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you did not receive your order, please contact the shipping carrier first to open a claim. If they cannot locate the package, contact us at [insert email address], and we’ll do our best to assist.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges since our products are perishable. If you received the wrong item or flavor, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been processed for shipment, it can no longer be canceled.
