Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During holidays, product launches, or promotional periods, processing times may be extended slightly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier rates.
Estimated delivery times (after shipment):

  • Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS Ground): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions beyond our control.

Warm Weather Notice

Because our products are chocolate-based, they may soften or melt in transit during warm weather. We recommend selecting expedited shipping for destinations above 75°F. We are not responsible for melting or temperature damage during shipping, but we will always do our best to assist customers with solutions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping information is correct before completing your order. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
