I had no professional kitchen experience — I was flying by the seat of my pants, observing, asking questions, and solving problems as they came, until I could see challenges coming before they arrived. I was terrified. I said yes anyway, because my belief in my own capability was bigger than my fear of failing.

Somewhere in that restaurant, I stopped believing self-care had to hurt to count. If something is genuinely good for you, it shouldn't feel like punishment to take it.

I have a knack for creating beautiful desserts that look like art — so when it came to my own product, I wanted that same craft in the jar: an artisanal, chef-crafted chocolate hazelnut spread carrying real skin health botanicals, traditionally used to support skin health, in a format that feels indulgent, not clinical.

I teamed up with Georgios Mouzelis — an international confectionery scientist and Executive Pastry Chef for BOKA Restaurant Group, with 5+ years of R&D experience — and we spent 3 years figuring out how to carry those botanicals inside a chocolate hazelnut spread good enough to eat by the spoonful — no different from how you'd treat dessert.

Now it's a jar on the counter, not a pill on the nightstand. I quit the format. I didn't quit the results.
