Accessibility

Syren Spreads is committed to making our website accessible and usable for everyone, including people with disabilities.

Our Commitment

Our website is built on Shopify, which uses templates designed with accessibility in mind and incorporates many best practices from the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We work to ensure that all visitors—regardless of ability—can learn about and purchase our products.

Accessibility Features
  • Our Shopify theme is structured for usability, semantic HTML, and keyboard navigation.
  • We provide descriptive alt text for product images and meaningful graphics.
  • Forms, buttons, and menus are intended to be accessible and usable via keyboard controls.
  • We select fonts and color contrasts with readability in mind.
  • Videos (if any) are provided with captions or transcripts.
Ongoing Improvement

While Shopify’s base templates support accessibility, we continually review our site’s performance using accessibility testing tools and customer feedback, especially when customizing our theme or adding third-party apps.
Some new features, customizations, or apps may affect accessibility, and accessibility may vary depending on the devices, browsers, and settings our customers use.

Third-Party Content

Certain parts of our site (such as payment gateways, reviews, and social media feeds) may be powered by external providers. We do not control the accessibility of these third-party features but encourage our partners to provide accessible solutions.

Limitations and Feedback

We strive for full accessibility but recognize that some areas may not yet fully comply due to software limitations or updates made by Shopify or third parties.
If you encounter difficulties or have suggestions on how we can improve the accessibility of our website, please contact us at hello@syrenspreads.co. Please provide details about the issue, the page or feature involved, and your preferred contact method. We will respond promptly and offer alternate access or solutions if possible.
