Returns Policy

Our chocolate hazelnut spread is a perishable good and ALL SALES ARE FINAL except as outlined below.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@syrenspreads.co if you receive:

Issue Eligible for Resolution
Damaged packaging ✅ Yes (provide photos)
Wrong item shipped ✅ Yes
Change of mind ❌ No (final sale)


We will evaluate the issue and make it right through replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Subscription Refunds

Prepaid subscription periods are refundable per our Subscription Terms. Monthly recurring charges are non-refundable once processed.
