When Disclosures Are Required
Disclosures are provided whenever AI-generated or synthetic content could reasonably be interpreted as representing real people, real customer experiences, or real-world events.
Examples include:
- AI-generated models using or displaying products
- AI-assisted testimonials or quoted statements
- Videos containing synthetic performers or AI-generated scenes
- Influencer-style images created using AI tools
Pure product images that do not depict people or events (e.g., product jars alone) generally do not require disclosure.
Disclosure Practices
All required disclosures are clear, conspicuous, and placed immediately adjacent to the relevant content. Disclosures are never hidden behind links or separate policy pages.
Common disclosure labels include:

Accessibility & Alt Text
Where applicable, image alt text may include clear identification of AI-generated content, such as:
“AI-generated model enjoying Syren Spreads.”
This ensures transparency and accessibility for all users.
No Deception Policy
Syren Spreads does not use AI-generated content to misrepresent:
- Real customer experiences
- Healthcare or medical professional endorsements
- Product performance, efficacy, or results
AI-generated content is never presented as genuine human testimony or professional endorsement.
Legal Compliance
This policy is designed to comply with:
