Syren Spreads offers subscription plans for recurring product deliveries. When you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the selected frequency until you cancel. Subscription prices, billing frequency, and renewal terms are clearly disclosed before checkout.
Before completing your purchase, we disclose:
- Product name and quantity
- Subscription frequency (e.g., monthly)
- Price per shipment and total recurring cost
- Auto-renewal terms (“Renews automatically every 30 days until canceled”)
- Instructions on how to cancel
California & FTC “Click-to-Cancel” Compliance
We comply with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and California automatic renewal laws.
- You can cancel your subscription using the same method you used to sign up.
- Cancellation requires no extra verification, surveys, or retention steps.
- Cancellation is available 24/7 through your account dashboard and through additional channels listed below.
- You will receive immediate email confirmation after cancellation.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time using one of the following methods:

Account Dashboard: Log in to your account, go to “Manage Subscription,” select “Cancel Subscription,” and confirm.

Email: Reply to your subscription confirmation email with the words “CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.”

SMS: Text “CANCEL” to our subscription support number.

Cancellation is effective immediately. You will not be charged for future shipments after cancellation. Partially used subscription periods are not refunded. Prepaid subscription balances are refunded according to our Return Policy.
Subscription Changes & Modifications
You may pause, skip, or modify your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@syrenspreads.co or through your account dashboard. Changes must be requested at least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing date to take effect.
