The saturated fat in SYREN SPREADS comes entirely from plant-based sources—cacao butter and coconut oil. Natural oil separation occurs due to the absence of artificial stabilizers and the high hazelnut content (35%). Simply stir the supplement to restore its consistency before taking your daily serving.

What is Prop 65 and why is a Prop 65 warning listed on your products?
Proposition 65 (Prop 65) is a California law that requires businesses to inform consumers when a product contains any of over 900 chemicals known to the State of California to potentially cause cancer, birth defects, or reproductive harm at certain exposure levels.
Important context: To trigger a Prop 65 warning, a chemical must be present above a threshold that is approximately 1,000 times below federal safety standards. Enacted in 1986 as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act, Prop 65 is a California-specific disclosure requirement, not a federal safety standard.

Why does chocolate require Prop 65 consideration?
Cacao, nuts, and other plant‑based ingredients can contain trace amounts of naturally occurring heavy metals like lead and cadmium absorbed from soil. These trace elements are common in agricultural products, and we routinely test our ingredients and finished product to help ensure quality and safety.
